Chisholm Chuckwagon Wild West Dinner & Cowboy Show

Join us for our Chisholm Chuckwagon Wild West Dinner & Cowboy Show  Friday Nights at 7:00 pm. Reservations only! The price per person is $35.00, Seniors 60+ $31.50, children under 10 yrs. $20.00. Private group rates and dates are available for groups of 40 – 60 people. Give us a call at 512-930-7243 to schedule your group’s private dinner & show.

Wear your jeans and boots “cuz this ain’t no dress up fancy thing”. We want ya’ll to be comfortable. You are welcome to dress in the fashion of the time and add to the atmosphere if you feel like it. In fact – we welcome it! The dinner and show will be held in the Polo Barn, “Yes Sir, the barn has A/C (or heat) if needed.”

The price includes dinner and a show. Dinner is served at 7:00 pm, end time is around 9:00 pm. Your dinner will be: BBQ brisket & chicken w/sauce, beans, coleslaw, baked potatoes w/chives, cheese & sour cream, homemade biscuits, homemade peach cobbler (w/cream if you like it that way), lemonade or iced tea, water and coffee. You will eat off of tin plates, your drinking glass is a mason jar and your napkin is a bandana.

For your entertainment we have R. G. Rawlins riding in to sing his cowboy range songs and tell you some interesting stories in the form of cowboy poetry. He brings his friends along for the food and a bit of company, though we gain an understanding as to why he might want to leave most of them with the cattle at times.
