The Page House is a full service event center. We pride ourselves in the fact that we are not a turn-key facility, therefore you have the facility for the entire day. We make it all about you, all day long!

The rates above are for weddings of 100 guests or less. For guests above 100 there will be an additional facility fee of $10.00 per person.
*No tax on Facility (State and National Historic Marker) A deposit of $1000.00 must be paid to secure your desired wedding date and will count toward your balance. Flexible payment plans are available and Wedding must be paid for two weeks prior to wedding date.

Our goal as a venue has been to keep brides out of the proverbial box. Still, we have been asked to provide packages for brides not wishing to put together their own. Please click here for our packages or continue on to create your own.
Wedding Day Additions
Wedding Day Additions are assembled in a package separate from the facility. Each package is customized specifically for you by you. We allow you the freedom to choose what you would like in your package. In addition we allow you to bring in your own vendors if you choose. Please refer to our outside vendor policies for more information.

Bar Policy: We do not sell alcohol. You are welcome to provide your champagne, beer, wine and spirits. Bartender will box up remaining unopened alcohol to be removed by your designated person, must be: 21 years-of-age or older, a licensed driver and not partake of adult beverages for the duration of your reception. Opened alcohol may be removed the following day with arrangement being made with the owners of The Page House. Alcohol service is discontinued 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of any event. Renter(s) will provide (unless Bar Package is purchased) cocktail napkins, ice and the appropriate plastic cups for drink service: 16 oz. clear acrylic cups for soda and water, 16 oz. opaque colored plastic cups for beer, 6 oz. clear acrylic cups for wine and mixed drinks. All alcohol provided by the wedding party will be turned into and served exclusively by The Page House Bartender(s). Any alcohol brought to The Page House will be served through the Contracted Bartender(s). No BYOB. Per TABC regulations all guests are subject to being carded. If any guest refuses to follow any of the above policies and an initial warning by The Page House Staff, they will be asked to leave the premises.

Victorian & Outdoor Photography Settings
For individuals and professional photographers the rate is $100.00 for the first two hours and $35.00 for additional hours. Do not forget to include your setup time. You furnish your own equipment.
